ASAP Start - Paid trial available - SEN Teaching Assistant - mainstream primary in Ealing* We are working with a lovely primary school in Ealing Broadway (W5) who are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a little girl in Reception. The pupil is pre-verbal and has ASD and complex needs. You will provide dedicated 1:1 support throughout the school day, focusing on her communication, engagement and learning. Location: Ealing Broadway, W5 Start Date: Immediate – paid trials available ASAP Role: SEN Teaching Assistant – Reception 1:1 Contract: Full-time, long-term – initially 1 year Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am-3:30pm OR 8:30am - 4:00pm Key Responsibilities: * Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil in Reception * Support a pre-verbal pupil with ASD and complex needs * Support communication, engagement and learning throughout the school day * Assist the pupil with accessing activities and daily classroom routines * Encourage independence, inclusion and positive engagement * Work closely with the class teacher and SEN staff to provide consistent support About You: * Experience supporting children with ASD and complex needs * Experience working with pre-verbal pupils * Understanding of communication and sensory needs * Patient, nurturing and consistent approach * Confident providing dedicated 1:1 SEN support Why Join This Role? * Full-time, long-term opportunity within a primary school * Develop further experience supporting ASD, complex needs and pre-verbal pupils * Paid trials available ASAP * Rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact through consistent 1:1 support
