Location: Birmingham Job Type: Freelance / Contract Duration: 12-months Start Date: ASAP ITS Construction Professionals are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a live construction project at a school in Birmingham. We are looking for a Site Manager with a strong background in main contracting and previous experience managing construction projects from site setup through to completion. The Role * Managing day-to-day site operations * Coordinating subcontractors and site teams * Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to the required quality standards * Managing health & safety and site documentation * Liaising with the Project Manager, subcontractors and client representatives * Monitoring progress against programme * Managing site logistics and ensuring the site remains organised and compliant Requirements * Previous experience as a Site Manager * Main contracting experience * Experience working on education / school projects is highly desirable * SMSTS * CSCS * First Aid * Strong knowledge of health & safety and site procedures * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Previous experience managing subcontractors and site teams This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced Site Manager looking for their next project in Birmingham
