Multi-Trade Operative - Social Housing Location: North West Rate: Competitive Hourly Rate (DOE) Job Type: Temporary Ongoing Start Date: Immediate Start Available We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join a busy social housing contractor carrying out repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works across void and tenanted properties. This is a temporary ongoing position with consistent work available for the right candidate. Duties: Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance works on social housing properties Working within both occupied (tenanted) and void properties Joinery repairs and installations including doors, skirting, architraves, kitchens, and flooring Basic plumbing repairs including taps, sinks, toilets, and pipework Patch plastering, tiling, and decorating works General property repairs and maintenance Ensuring all works are completed to a high standard Delivering excellent customer service when working in occupied homes Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times Requirements: Previous experience working within social housing repairs and maintenance Skilled in a variety of trades with a strong all-round maintenance background Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively Full UK Driving Licence Own tools preferred CSCS Card advantageous but not essentialIf you're an experienced Multi-Trade Operative looking for your next long-term contract opportunity, apply today with your CV for immediate consideration
