Job Description:- Essential Skills & Experience Technical Skills * 8+ years of Java development experience. * Strong experience with Java 17+. * Spring Boot. * Spring Data JPA / Hibernate. * Microservices architecture. * REST API development and integration. * PostgreSQL or similar relational database technologies. * Docker containerisation. * AWS cloud platforms and services. * Jenkins CI/CD pipelines. * Maven. * JUnit and automated testing frameworks. * Git source control. * Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Jira and Confluence. Experience * Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Java solutions. * Experience reviewing user stories and translating business requirements into technical designs and deliverables. * Strong experience working directly with Business Analysts to refine and clarify requirements. * Experience collaborating closely with Testers throughout the software development lifecycle. * Experience developing and deploying applications within AWS-hosted environments. * Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Experience working within collaborative Agile delivery teams. * Experience developing solutions using Test Driven Development (TDD) principles and engineering best practices
