JUNIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT Nottingham | Full-Time | In-Person Role Start building a career in business development — no experience needed. Our client is expanding their Nottingham team and is looking for driven, personable individuals to join as a Junior Business Development Assistant. This is a hands-on introduction to how businesses grow — winning new customers, building relationships, and representing brands out in the field. You don't need a business background or prior experience. What matters is your attitude, your ability to connect with people, and your willingness to learn. Full training is provided from day one, with a genuine path into more senior business development and account management roles. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING * Meeting new customers face-to-face and identifying opportunities to grow the client's business * Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers * Presenting products, services, and offers clearly and professionally * Supporting the end-to-end process from first conversation through to sign-up * Working towards individual and team growth targets * Learning the fundamentals of business development, negotiation, and client management * Taking part in regular training and coaching to build toward more senior responsibility WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Confident, personable, and comfortable approaching new people * Genuinely interested in business, sales, or client-facing work as a career * Motivated by targets and results * Well-presented, professional, and reliable * Coachable and keen to develop commercial skills * No experience required — full training given PAY & PROGRESSION * £600–£800 OTE per week * Uncapped commission and performance-based bonuses * Full structured training programme * Ongoing mentoring and development support * Clear progression route into senior business development or account management positions APPLY NOW Shortlisted applicants will be contacted within 2–3 working days
