Customer Service Administrator Southam (RURAL LOCATION YOU MUST DRIVE) Up to £16.25 per hour Temporary Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 IMMEDIATE START Are you looking for a well paid role that will start immediately?  Do you want an interesting position working with good people? Then this is the role for you. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a busy business that deals with high end custom products. This role is not just a Customer Services role and involved taking your own initiative to deal with what ever may come up. This role is based onsite Monday to Friday and is in a rural location so you must drive.  So what would you be doing? Taking incoming calls and returning calls Dealing with orders, returns, delivery issues & compliants Seeing all issues through from start to finish Updating the systems & inputting orders Communicating across different departments to solve issues What experience do you need? Highly computer literate preferably with experience using AI. At least 3 years Customer Service experience. The ability to take ownership and see things through from start to finish.
