Quantity Surveyor Permanent salary + benefits package West Midlands You’ll be joining our Highways team, as the UK’s number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes. What will you be doing? * Support cost and value management, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. * Collaborate with Operations to prepare clear and reliable quarterly forecasts. * Identify and manage contract variations, early warnings, and compensation events. * Ensure all work meets M Groups Infrastructure standards and commercial procedures. * Build strong client relationships, keeping budgets and year‑end targets on track. * Oversee sub‑contract procurement, monthly reconciliations, and final accounts. * Carry out site visits and maintain progress within agreed deadlines. * Provide flexible support with ad‑hoc commercial duties as needed.
