Mobile Estate Cleaner Westminster Permanent, PAYE £30,000 - £33,000 per year Company van and fuel card supplied Regen Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Mobile Estate Cleaner to carry out cleaning and general estate maintenance works in the Social Housing sector. The majority of the work will be maintaining communal areas and external grounds across social housing estates in the Westminster area. This is a straight permanent position for a Mobile Estate Cleaner with a van & fuel card provided immediately so a driving licence is required. Main duties include; - Cleaning communal areas Sweeping, mopping and general cleaning Keeping communal areas clean, tidy and presentable Litter picking and removing general waste Basic gardening and grounds maintenance Grass cutting and mowing Weeding and general upkeep of external areas Keeping communal gardens, pathways and estate grounds tidy Reporting any damage, hazards or maintenance issues General estate cleaning duties as requiredSocial Housing experience is desirable, and a full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
