BMS Engineer Alecto Recruitment is currently working with a UK leading and established UK wide building management systems (BMS) specialist. Due to their continued growth with commercial and industrial clients, they are looking to hire an experienced BMS Engineer for the Luton / Hertfordshire region. Salary & Benefits: £50,000 - £55,000 Car OR Car Allowance 3% field commission on upgrades / remedials Overtime 6% Contributory pension Private healthcare 25 days holiday + bank holidays + purchase more Generous bonus scheme The Role: Working as a mobile engineer and travelling to various sites within the Luton / Hertfordshire region Providing routine inspections of BMS equipment Respond to customer service call outs Carry out small repairs and remedial works Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building management systems. Requirements: We are seeking an experienced building management systems (BMS) engineer You will be familiar with BMS systems such as: Trend IQ Vision, Schneider, Tridium, Honeywell, Schneider etc Good experience of HVAC Plant Electrical skills would be an advantage but is not essential Good knowledge of communication protocols such as: Modbus, BACnet, KNX etc Professional and excellent customer service skills.
