Job Title: Joiner Location: Swansea Salary: £240/£245 Contract Type: Freelance Start Date: ASAP About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Joiner to lead and deliver high-quality retail refurbishment and fit-out projects. Working on fast-paced commercial sites, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of health, safety, and quality. Key Responsibilities: * Manage site activities from inception to completion, including subcontractors and trades. * Ensure health & safety regulations are adhered to at all times. * Coordinate with clients, project managers, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow. * Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. * Lead on-site meetings and resolve issues as they arise. * Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
