Description

Our Warehouse is a hub and store for our direct engineering departments and contractor partners who carry out our installations, break fix, and build activities. This Administration role will support and assist that Warehouse operation, ensuring that all goods and materials are received and dispatched in a timely and efficient manner while maintain a good level of communication with all parties. Note: this is an on-site role, Monday to Friday, hours are 7.30am to 4.00pm. Key Accountability & Responsibilities Monitoring, processing, administration and updating of systems for all orders received from a variety of sources The timely communication (email, internal systems, phone) of status and updates of all orders or queries Monitor and highlight low stock levels to department heads to avoid outages and issues affecting orders Management and administration of returns, ensuring all items are recorded and tracked Management of assets and keeping asset register up to date Liaise and work closely with Warehouse Operatives to ensure all orders and goods received (goods-in/goods-out) are processed within defined Service Level Agreement Knowledge & Skills Ideally previous warehouse/logistics administration experience Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office specifically Outlook and Excel Good communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with warehouse staff and other departments Adaptability to manage changing priorities and workload fluctuations Ability to take initiative and make good decisions Gigaclear is a growing Fibre Broadband (FTTP / FTTH) company, developing our fibre-to-the-premises broadband infrastructure to some of the most difficult to reach areas of the UK, empowering those communities with broadband to rival any city.
