BMS Service & Commissioning Engineer Alecto Recruitment is currently working with a UK leading and established UK wide building management systems (BMS) specialist. Due to their continued growth with commercial and industrial clients, they are looking to hire an experienced BMS Service & Commissioning Engineer. The position will work on a range of BMS Projects to include at times, major projects Salary & Benefits: £55,000 Car OR Car Allowance Overtime 7.5% Pension scheme and rising to 10% with service Private healthcare 25 days holiday + bank holidays Generous bonus scheme Superb other benefits The Role: Working as a mobile engineer and travelling to various sites within the London region Providing routine inspections of BMS equipment Respond to customer service call outs Carry out small repairs and remedial works Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building management systems. Being involved in BMS commissioning, software writing and graphics Delivery / project delivery of BMS projects on-sites Requirements: We are seeking an experienced building management systems (BMS) engineer You will be familiar with BMS systems such as: Trend IQ Vision, Schneider, Tridium, Honeywell, Schneider etc Good experience of HVAC Plant Ideally have BMS Commissioning skills and experience Electrical skills would be an advantage but is not essential Good knowledge of communication protocols such as: Modbus, BACnet, KNX etc Professional and excellent customer service skills.
