Nursery Cook (Temporary) - Coxhoe, Durham £13.50 per hour Monday to Friday | 10:00am - 2:00pm Temporary Assignment - Approximately 1 Month Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Nursery Cook to work within a nursery setting in Coxhoe, Durham on a temporary basis for approximately one month. This role would suit an experienced cook who is confident preparing fresh, nutritious meals for children while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and cooking meals for children Catering for dietary requirements and allergies Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment Adhering to food safety and health & safety regulations Managing food storage and stock rotation Completing kitchen cleaning duties and maintaining food hygiene records Requirements: Previous cooking experience within a nursery, school, care, or similar catering environment Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (essential) Enhanced DBS Certificate (essential) Ability to work independently and manage the day-to-day running of the kitchen Role Details: Location: Coxhoe, Durham Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour Hours: 10:00am - 2:00pm Days: Monday to Friday Duration: Approximately 1 monthIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply today or contact Berry Recruitment Darlington on (phone number removed) for more information.
