Job Description: Quattro Resourcing have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time warehouse operative based in Honiton, Devon. DRIVING LICENCE REQUIRED - PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HOLD A FULL DRIVING LICENCE Please note this is a full-time position and only applicants looking for long-term employment will be considered. Position: Warehouse Operative Location: Honiton, Devon Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full-time (08:00 to 17:00) - 1 hour daily break. Weekends, Bank Holidays & Overtime: N/A £13.00 per hour starting with role progression which will be reflected in your salary. Daily duties; * Perform picking and packing of orders accurately and efficiently. * Handle materials and products with care to prevent damage. * Load and unload shipments from vans and/or containers. * Utilise warehouse management systems to track inventory and update records. * Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area. * Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and cycle counting. Skills required; * Experience working in a warehouse environment is highly beneficial. * Previous experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is desirable. * Proficiency in using warehouse management systems for inventory tracking. * Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks requiring strength and stamina. * Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, including labelling and documentation. * Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfilment and inventory management. * Strong organisational skills to maintain an orderly warehouse layout.
