Assistant Site Manager – Industrial New Build Location: Heathrow Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 + Package Our client is an established and growing main contractor with a strong track record delivering industrial and logistics developments throughout the UK. They are looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a major new-build industrial/logistics project in the Heathrow area. The successful candidate will work closely with the Site Manager and wider delivery team, gaining exposure to all aspects of a major industrial development and playing an important role in the coordination and delivery of the works. Responsibilities: * Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the project * Coordinating subcontractors and site activities * Monitoring programme, progress and quality * Assisting with site logistics and sequencing * Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with health & safety requirements * Conducting inspections and maintaining site records * Coordinating with engineers, subcontractors and the wider project team * Supporting the project through to successful completion The Ideal Candidate: * Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Supervisor * Main contractor experience preferred * Industrial, logistics, warehouse or commercial new-build experience * Experience of steel frame construction advantageous * Good knowledge of construction processes * CSCS and relevant construction qualifications * Strong organisational and communication skills * Full UK driving licence What's on Offer: * £35,000 – £45,000 + package, dependent on experience * Permanent position * Major industrial/logistics new-build scheme * Opportunity to work with an established and growing contractor * Clear career progression towards Site Manager level If you wish to be considered for the role, please apply with your CV today
