Assembly Operative * £13.30ph * Days only, Monday - Friday * Weekly pay, * LE3 Are you someone who likes staying busy and working with your hands? Do you take pride in doing a job properly and seeing the results of your work? We’re hiring for a workshop-based assembly role where no two days are the same. You’ll be helping build machinery – not stuck in a warehouse or on a machine doing the same thing every day. What’s the Job? * Helping build machinery with other assembly workers * Using tools to bolt, screw, and fix parts together * Supporting engineers and other skilled team members * Keeping your area tidy and lending a hand wherever needed You’ll be part of a close-knit team that gets the job done. You’ll learn new skills, use proper tools, and go home each day knowing you’ve done something worthwhile. What Kind of Person Fits This Job? You don’t need qualifications or experience – just a good attitude, willingness to work, and someone who enjoys being practical and hands on. Maybe you’ve worked in a warehouse, on a building site, or in a workshop. If you're reliable, hands-on, and like staying active, you’ll do well and full training will be provided.
