Regional Manager – Care Homes Location: North West – covering Preston, Blackpool, Huyton, Eccles & Leyland Salary: Circa £70,000 per annum Hours: Full-time, Permanent RGN qualification preferred An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of care homes across the North West. This is a senior operational role requiring a strong leader who can drive quality, compliance, occupancy and commercial performance across multiple services while supporting Home Managers to deliver the highest standards of care. The Role * Provide operational leadership across a portfolio of care homes * Support, coach and develop Home Managers * Drive high standards of care, quality and resident experience * Ensure services remain compliant with CQC requirements * Monitor performance and implement improvement plans where required * Oversee budgets, staffing, agency usage and commercial performance * Support homes to maintain and improve occupancy * Monitor safeguarding, complaints, audits and clinical governance * Recruit and retain strong management teams * Work closely with senior leadership to achieve regional objectives About You * Proven Regional Manager or multi-site management experience within the care sector * Strong background within nursing and/or residential care homes * RGN with current NMC registration is highly desirable * Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance * Strong commercial and financial awareness * Proven ability to improve quality and operational performance * Confident managing and developing Home Managers * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel across the region What’s On Offer? * Salary circa £70,000 per annum * Senior regional management position * Established portfolio of care services * Support from an experienced senior leadership team * Excellent opportunity for further career development If you are an experienced Regional Manager looking for a new challenge across the North West, or a strong multi-site care professional ready for your next step, apply today for a confidential discussion
