Midweight – Senior FF&E Designer Location: Chelsea, London Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 per annum (Dependent on experience) Looking to join one of London’s leading luxury interior design studios and work on exceptional residential and hospitality projects? We are working with a highly regarded, established design studio looking for a talented Midweight – Senior FF&E Designer to join its growing interiors team. Working across beautifully detailed luxury residential and high-end hospitality projects, you’ll take real ownership of the FF&E process — developing schemes, sourcing furniture and finishes, working with specialist suppliers and creating considered, sophisticated interiors for private and international clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an FF&E specialist who combines a strong eye for design with exceptional product, supplier and material knowledge. Package * Salary: £40,000 – £55,000, dependent on experience * Permanent, full-time position * Excellent exposure to high-end UK and international projects * Opportunity to work within an established and highly respected luxury design studio * Strong opportunity for progression and increased project responsibility Office: Chelsea Harbour, London Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday – 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Duties * Develop FF&E concepts and schemes across luxury residential and hospitality projects * Source furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, accessories and bespoke pieces * Produce detailed FF&E specifications, schedules and presentation documents * Work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, artisans and specialist makers * Manage samples, finishes, pricing and procurement information throughout projects * Collaborate with Interior Designers and senior project teams to deliver cohesive schemes * Attend client, supplier and project meetings where required * Support projects through specification, procurement and installation stages Requirements * Strong professional experience within high-end FF&E design * Experience working on luxury residential and/or hospitality interiors * Excellent knowledge of furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes and suppliers * Strong understanding of bespoke furniture and custom-made pieces * Confident producing detailed FF&E schedules and specifications * Excellent presentation skills with a sophisticated design eye * Highly organised with strong attention to detail * Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a wider interiors team If you’re an experienced FF&E Designer looking to work on some of the most beautifully considered luxury interiors in the industry, we’d love to hear from you.
