WELDING TEAM LEADER Banbury, OX16 £14.20 per hour (£30,000 annually) Monday to Thursday 07:00 -16:00, Friday 07:00-14:00 Immediate Start Temp To Perm Position Welding Team Leader required to join our client in Banbury. The role will involve leading from the front, delegating tasks and monitoring progress within a busy manufacturing workshop. Key Responsibilities: Leading from the front by producing high quality products Being the first point of call for any questions or queries from team members Running team meetings and allocating workload Monitoring the team's performance and providing support where needed TIG welding and working with thin‑gauge stainless steel (2-5mm) Reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings Experience Required: Previous team leading or supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment Skilled TIG welder and experience working with stainless steel Ability to read and follow engineering drawings Pay & Benefits £14.20 per hour / £30,000 annually Overtime available paid at a premium Immediate start Career progression opportunities available Apply Now If you are interested in this position then click apply now!
