Food Production Operative Location: Caistor, Lincolnshire Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm or 2pm - 10pm Rate of Pay: £12.80-£13.80 per hour IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE AM2PM are seeking enthusiastic Food Production Operatives to join one of our well-established clients in the Caistor area. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality and safety standards. Responsibilities or a Food Production Operative: - Operate machinery and equipment effectively in the production line. - Assist with packaging and labelling of frozen fish products. - Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with product standards. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment. - Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and protocols. - Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals. Requirements of a Food Production Operative: - Previous experience in production or manufacturing is preferred but not essential. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. - Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. - Good communication skills. - Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move products as needed. - Candidates must have their own transport (car or motorbike) due to location.
