Accounting Generalist £35,000 - £49,000 DOE | Permanent | Full-time | On-site STEM Recruitment Solutions are delighted to be supporting a well-established manufacturing business in the recruitment of an experienced Accounting Generalist to join a small, collaborative finance team. This is a hands-on role offering broad exposure across operational accounting, working closely with the Financial Controller and wider business. The Role You'll take ownership across a range of accounting activities, including: Payroll and employee expenses Accounts payable and receivable Multi-currency payments and bank reconciliations Month-end journals, accruals and prepayments Fixed assets and financial records Credit control and aged debt Supporting financial and operational reporting Working with department heads to monitor performance and KPIs About You We're looking for someone who is: Part-qualified or fully qualified AAT, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent Experienced within an industry/manufacturing environment Comfortable working across a broad range of accounting functions Practical, adaptable and happy working in a small finance team Confident communicating with both finance and non-finance stakeholders Study support is available for candidates continuing their professional qualifications.
