Contracts Manager – Dublin The CSR Group are working with a main contractor who is seeking a Contracts Manager for a large-scale, high-value school project in Dublin. The project involves basement construction followed by a precast building structure. This would suit an experienced Contracts Manager with strong technical and commercial knowledge, confident leading complex building projects through to completion. Package Up to €125,000 depending on experience. Company car or car allowance, with a car upgrade option available. Pension, healthcare and holiday entitlement. Full-time, permanent position. Responsibilities Lead project delivery, overseeing programme, resources and commercial performance. Manage the project team and coordinate key subcontractors and consultants. Oversee construction sequencing across basement works, precast erection and subsequent stages. Monitor procurement, budgets and project risks alongside the commercial team. Maintain client relationships and drive safety, quality and handover standards. Requirements Proven Contracts Management experience on large-scale building projects. Strong technical knowledge of basement construction and precast structures. Experience delivering education or comparable complex projects. Excellent commercial awareness, leadership and programme management skills. A relevant construction qualification or equivalent industry experience.
