Housing Change and Improvement Lead Lambeth Council SW2 1RW £650 ph Umbrella or PAYE: £479.48 per day Ongoing contract (1 YEAR minimum) JOB PURPOSE The Housing Redesign Project Manager will lead the delivery of a portfolio of key strategic projects within the Housing Directorate, ensuring that projects are delivered effectively and in line with agreed timescales, quality standards and budgets. The post holder will provide strategic and operational project management support, ensuring effective programme governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management and delivery oversight throughout the programme. THE ASSIGNMENT The Housing Directorate is commencing a large-scale service redesign programme to review and reshape operating structures across Housing Operations. The programme will involve significant organisational and operational change and will require the development of robust business case(s), detailed change documentation, stakeholder engagement, programme governance and delivery oversight through to implementation. The Housing Redesign Project Manager will work closely with the Strategic HR Business Partner, who will provide specialist HR advice and lead on employee consultation and people-related elements of the change process. The Project Manager will provide dedicated programme coordination and delivery capacity, ensuring that the overall programme remains structured, coordinated and on track.
