Site Manager Industry: Construction Location: Leicester Contract Type: Freelance Summary We are seeking a Freelance Site Manager to oversee the removal of a temporary modular classroom bay on a site in Leicester. The project duration is approximately 2 to 3 weeks, starting Monday 5th October. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities related to the safe and efficient removal of the modular classroom, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and site procedures. While experience with modular buildings is ideal, it is not essential. The role requires strong leadership and coordination skills to supervise subcontractors, manage site logistics, and maintain site safety throughout the project. The position offers a daily rate between £250 and £280, paid via CIS or Umbrella.
