Mobile Paint Technician (automotive) We are one of the UK’s Largest Independent S.M.A.R.T Repair Companies. With customers based far and wide across the UK, our ever-growing business needs dependable people to join our successful paint repair team. The Job 📌 * Monday – Friday * 08:00 – 17:30 * £28k – £32k basic DOE + strong uncapped commission structure OTE £65k, monthly payments * Company van, company tablet, company phone and uniform provided * Start from home, travelling to: Romford / Colchester * 20 Days annual leave + plus bank holidays + your birthday off (29) Duties 📑 A successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out mobile smart repairs. Setting up and using a spray gun, mixing paint, matching colours, using filler on occasions, primer and lacquer. Additionally acknowledging safety regulations and assessing the job is able to be carried out. As a mobile role, you'll work across different locations, environments and weather conditions, so flexibility and adaptability are important. Equipment provided. Repairs on vehicles will include: * Minor scuffs, scratches and blemishes * Paint blemishes * Stone chips * Painting wings, doors and other vertical panels * Small dents * Colour matching and paint mixing * Primer and lacquer application What we’re looking for 🥼 * Minimum of 3 years experience within a paint spraying environment * Automotive / Motor trade background * Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in paint repair * Knowledge of filler application * Good customer service skills * The confidence to identify and recommend additional services we offer, where appropriate * Great attention to detail Requirements 📂 * Valid full UK driving licence * Right to work in the UK * Basic maths and English required * Been in previous customer facing roles. * Assessment / Induction Day required Are you interested?
