This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HGV Technician looking for long-term job security, strong earning potential and an excellent benefits package, with both day and night shift options available. The Role As an HGV Technician, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, inspection and repair of heavy commercial vehicles, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Your responsibilities will include: * Servicing, maintaining and repairing HGVs and commercial vehicles * Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults * Working from job cards and repair instructions * Carrying out inspections, testing and fault-finding * Accurately recording work completed and tests carried out * Identifying and reporting additional repairs or vehicle faults * Keeping up to date with the latest technical information * Attending technical and manufacturer training * Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop * Working effectively as part of an experienced team Shift Options Day Shift – 40 Hours Rotating shift pattern: 07:00 – 15:30 12:30 – 20:30 Permanent night shift available About You * A recognised HGV/Commercial Vehicle Technician qualification * Previous experience working on HGVs or heavy commercial vehicles Package * Yearly bonus * Pension contribution up to 8% * 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays * Full holiday pay / Full sick pay / Life cover * Loan car scheme / Used car scheme * ISA savings scheme * Mortgage overpayment support * Health Cash Plan Apply Today If you're an experienced HGV Technician looking for a permanent position in Bellshill, with a 40-hour week, excellent benefits and the choice of days or nights, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
