Joiner - £16-20 p/h doe I am supporting a high end joinery firm in their search for an experienced Joiner / Installer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery and be proficient and confident within the trade. Priding themselves on quality and reputation, the business designs, handcrafts and installs bespoke residential projects across the South. The role requires attention to detail and a commitment to outstanding workmanship. The opportunity is for a bench joiner but must also be confident to fit joinery projects on site which will range from 1 day to 2 weeks depending on size of project. Responsibilities: Machine, assemble, and install bespoke furniture such as kitchens, wardrobes and media walls according to specifications. Be willing to learn to paint spray Use power tools and workshop machinery safely and efficiently for various tasks such as fabrication and assembly. Carry out heavy lifting as required for moving materials and equipment. Ensure all work is completed to high standards of quality and safety. Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters and electricians, to complete projects on time. Assist in painting and finishing work as needed. Skills Proficiency in joinery techniques and methods. Proficiency in installing joinery items such as kitchens and wardrobes Attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality finishes.
