Daily Supply Teacher Location: Southwark, London Salary: £145 - £175 per day. Salary depends on experience and pay scale position, with the maximum applicable to candidates with substantial teaching experience. Relevant qualifications are also taken into account. Contract: Temporary daily supply; days agreed around availability Start date: 19/10/2026 Hours: Term time, 8:30am–3:30pm on agreed working days. Transparency Education is recruiting a Daily Supply Teacher who can settle into a new class and make the day count. You will deliver planned learning, follow established routines and leave a clear handover. Share your preferred phases and availability with us so we can discuss suitable assignments. Responsibilities • Teach the work set by the school and adapt delivery to the class • Maintain a purposeful, positive learning environment • Support pupils with SEND and additional language needs • Complete marking or feedback required for the day’s work • Follow safeguarding procedures and communicate key information to staff Requirements • UK QTS and relevant primary teaching experience • Confidence managing unfamiliar classes • Sound curriculum knowledge and flexible teaching strategies • Punctuality, professionalism and clear communication • An enhanced DBS check appropriate to the role, or willingness to complete one.
