About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Bathroom Sales Designer to join a high-performing, supportive team, working with leading brands and inspiring showroom displays while delivering premium 3D designs and enjoying excellent uncapped earning potential. Key Responsibilities Meet customers to understand their requirements, budget and lifestyle. Create tailored bathroom designs and quotations using 3D design software. Present designs and confidently guide customers through product choices. Follow up leads and quotations to maximise sales opportunities. Work towards sales targets and maximise order values through upselling. Carry out home visits for measurements and estimates. Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process. Keep up to date with product ranges, trends and supplier training. Requirements & Skills Previous sales experience within bathrooms, kitchens, KBB or home improvements. Experience with ArtiCAD or similar 3D design software. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and upsell. Strong design flair with excellent presentation and customer service skills. Good IT, organisational and communication skills. Confident, enthusiastic and commercially driven. Full UK driving licence. What’s on Offer Excellent earning potential with uncapped commission.
