Showroom Assistant x 2 Location: Chelsea, London Salary: £25,100–£26,858 per annum Hours: 34.25 hours per week We have two full-time Showroom Assistant positions available, with the following working patterns: Option 1 * Wednesday & Thursday: 9:00am–6:00pm * Friday: 9:00am–5:00pm * Saturday: 10:00am–5:00pm * Sunday: 11:00am–4:00pm OR Option 2 * Monday & Thursday: 9:00am–6:00pm * Friday: 9:00am–5:00pm * Saturday: 10:00am–5:00pm * Sunday: 11:00am–4:00pm Main Purpose: To ensure that our customers, trade and non-trade, are treated to an exceptional experience ensuring they are always looked after and supported in their purchasing decisions. Showroom Assistant Responsibilities: Customer Service * Provide exceptional service to customers in the showroom, on the telephone and via email, delivering on our reputation for quality * Extend in-showroom hospitality * Build relationships with customers to fully identify their needs and allow us to provi de a comprehensive service * Use product knowledge to provide recommendations and help customers find the best product for their needs * Promote seasonal and special items, including merchandising goods in-store to increase visibility and sales Housekeeping * Unload deliveries and ensure stock is distributed throughout the store. * Keep our store organised and safe, in line with company standards (e.g. dusted fixtures and products, well stocked shelves, straight lampshades and working bulbs). * Make sure all products are labelled and prices are all correct.
