Operations Scheduler Up to £32k DOE + Benefits Full Time - Onsite  Are you a highly organised planner with experience in production, scheduling, stock control, or operations? We are recruiting for an Operations Scheduler to join a successful and growing manufacturing business that plays a key role within its specialist sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, working cross-functionally, and ensuring products are delivered to customers on time and in full.  The Opportunity As Operations Scheduler, you'll be at the heart of the operation, coordinating production schedules, managing inventory requirements, liaising with suppliers, and working closely with manufacturing, warehouse and operational teams to maintain an efficient production flow.  Key Responsibilities Production planning and scheduling across manufacturing operations Managing inventory levels and coordinating material orders Maintaining rolling production schedules Monitoring stock levels and completing cycle counts Processing customer orders and supporting delivery schedules Liaising with suppliers and resolving invoice queries Providing production reporting and operational data Working closely with warehouse and production teams to meet customer demand Coordinating communication between key internal departments [Operations...ugust 2026 | Word] About You We are looking for someone who has: Experience within production planning, scheduling, operations or supply chain environments Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities High attention to detail and strong numerical skills Experience with stock management processes Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams  Happy to work onsite What's in it for You?
