SEN TA - Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities in Newbury £95-£105 per day | Newbury | Monday-Friday Make a difference every day Looking for a rewarding new role in education? We're working with a selection of welcoming and inclusive schools across Newbury, offering exciting opportunities for caring, motivated support staff to join their teams. As an SEN TA, you'll provide valuable one-to-one and small-group support, helping pupils overcome barriers to learning, build confidence and develop greater independence. You may work with children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, challenging behaviour and a range of other additional needs. What we're looking for We're looking for an SEN TA who is: Positive, proactive and resilient Passionate about helping children reach their potential A strong communicator and confident team player Adaptable and comfortable working with different pupils Patient, empathetic and nurturing Committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment The ideal candidate The successful SEN TA will ideally have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Early Years Practitioner or within an SEN setting. Experience supporting pupils across KS1 or KS2 would be advantageous. However, we're also keen to hear from enthusiastic candidates who are looking to build their experience within education. You'll need to be available Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. Why join us?
