Finance Manager - £50k to £55k Location: Derby– Office-based with hybrid opportunities About the Role We’re seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to join our growing Midlands team. You’ll oversee financial operations, reporting, business support, and financial controls. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable, receivable, and daily finance operations Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial performance Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning Maintain accurate reconciliations, records, and controls Liaise with auditors, accountants, suppliers, and internal teams Improve financial processes and efficiency Provide financial analysis to support management decisions Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards About You You’ll have: Previous finance or accounting experience Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail Good knowledge of accounting principles and reporting Strong Excel and financial systems experience Excellent communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification (or part-qualified) is desirable.
