Facilities & Contracts Manager Blackheath / Beckenham | Permanent | £45,000 | Monday-Friday (8-17)   We are recruiting an experienced Facilities Contracts Manager to take ownership of a maintenance contract across two residential sites in South East London. Based primarily in Blackheath (SE3) with one day per week in Beckenham (BR3), you'll manage the day-to-day facilities operation, lead two onsite handymen and act as the key point of contact for the client.   Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day delivery of the facilities maintenance contract Lead and coordinate two onsite handymen Manage PPM schedules, reactive maintenance and statutory compliance Coordinate engineers, contractors and specialist suppliers Carry out site inspections and ensure outstanding works are completed Maintain accurate maintenance, compliance and service records Attend client meetings and provide regular progress reports Build a strong relationship with the client and resolve issues proactively What We're Looking For Previous facilities, property maintenance or building services experience Experience managing a site, maintenance contract or team Good knowledge of PPM and facilities compliance Strong client-facing communication skills Excellent organisation and ability to prioritise multiple tasks Good IT skills for reporting, spreadsheets and maintenance systems Proactive, reliable and comfortable taking ownership What's on Offer Circa £45,000, permanent Monday-Friday position with responsibility for a key client contract.
