Associate Cost Manager - New York City Up to $180,000 + relocation package & visa sponsorship Ever pictured your QS career playing out against the New York skyline?  This could be the one. Conrad Consulting has partnered with a major international consultancy expanding its New York operation. They need an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Senior QS to take commercial ownership of major projects — landmark towers, luxury fit-outs, residential, hospitality and stadium builds up to $700m — working directly with clients from feasibility through to handover. What You'll Be Doing Leading cost management across a portfolio of major projects Building cost plans, budgets and procurement strategy Assessing tenders and managing contractor relationships Owning cost reporting, forecasting and final accounts Advising clients directly and presenting to senior stakeholders Mentoring junior QSs and Cost Managers Requirements of the Associate Cost Manager QS degree + 7+ years in Cost Management (consultancy/PQS background a plus) Strong track record on large-scale real estate projects, pre- and post-contract Confident, client-facing, commercially sharp CostX/RIB/Procore experience useful; MRICS a bonus, not essential On offer for the Associate Cost Manager Up to $180,000 + annual bonus $10,000 relocation allowance + first month's accommodation covered E2 Visa sponsored (5 years, spouse included) Medical insurance + 401(k) Why Make the Move?
