SEN Teaching Assistant | Enfield | 1:1 & Small-Group Support | £85.50-£110 per day | Immediate Start Reeson Education is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant for schools across Enfield. The SEN Teaching Assistant will help pupils with additional needs participate in lessons, follow routines and make progress towards individual learning and developmental goals. The SEN Teaching Assistant may deliver teacher-planned interventions to individuals or small groups. Break learning into manageable steps and reinforce key literacy or numeracy skills. The SEN Teaching Assistant will support communication, social interaction and classroom engagement. A SEN Teaching Assistant will use agreed approaches to support transitions and emotional regulation. The SEN Teaching Assistant will communicate relevant observations to teaching staff.What We're Looking For in a SEN Teaching Assistant Relevant SEN Teaching Assistant or school experience, or transferable experience working with children or young people. Experience from childcare, mentoring, tutoring, youth work, care, sports coaching or behaviour support can be considered. A calm and consistent approach with confidence following individual support plans.
