Are you an experienced care or supported housing leader ready to oversee and improve multiple services? Hightown Housing Association is looking for a Care & Supported Housing Operations Manager to lead dispersed services across areas such as supported living, registered care, mental health, learning disabilities and homelessness support. You will lead teams, monitor KPIs and budgets, manage referrals and placements, and support effective housing management, including voids, arrears and tenancies where required.
