Recruiter – 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract Hybrid working – 3 days per week onsite We are working with an established organisation to recruit an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional to join their in-house recruitment team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fast-paced role focused on delivering high-volume recruitment across manufacturing and operational functions, working closely with hiring managers to attract and secure high-quality talent. You will manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously and play a key role in ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Key Responsibilities * Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns across manufacturing and operational functions * Deliver the full recruitment process from advertising and sourcing through to offer and onboarding * Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies * Source, attract and assess candidates using a range of recruitment channels and direct sourcing techniques * Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future recruitment needs * Coordinate interviews, assessments and selection processes * Provide a professional and positive candidate experience through timely communication * Manage vacancies, candidate records and recruitment reporting using Workday * Monitor recruitment performance and provide insights to improve hiring outcomes and process efficiency * Ensure recruitment activity meets relevant legislation, policies and compliance requirements * Support recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiatives About You * Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in house experience is essential) * Significant experience of high-volume recruitment, ideally within manufacturing, production, engineering or another industrial environment * Experience managing multiple recruitment campaigns and working to challenging targets * Strong candidate sourcing and attraction skills * Experience partnering with hiring managers * Good knowledge of recruitment best practice, employment legislation and compliance * Experience using Workday recruitment technology is advantageous * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Highly organised, resilient and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment * Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel * Happy to travel between two sites (an hour apart) Benefits Hybrid working – 3 days onsite 9% non-contributory pension Discretionary annual bonus 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays Life Assurance at 12 times annual salary Health Cash Plan Employee Assistance Programme for employees and family Cycle to Work scheme Enhanced maternity pay, subject to qualifying criteria Access to health and wellbeing facilities at relevant sites Free onsite parking and other site-specific benefits If you are an experienced recruiter with a strong background in high-volume recruitment and are looking for a varied in-house opportunity, we would be keen to hear from you
