Facilities Maintenance Engineer

Salary: Up to £39,960

Location: Multiple positions across London

Hours: 40 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join a rapidly expanding team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys varied work without travel as

this is a static based role.

Our client is looking to immediately expand their workforce due to increased demand. If you would like to be part of an expanding team whilst feeling valued for your work, this is the role for you!

Roles and responsibilities:

Covering a distribution centre contract

Carrying out PPM and reactive work on electrical and fabric kit

Conduct regular visual inspections of plant, equipment, and building fabric to identify faults and suggest solutions

Requirements for the role

Electrical qualification (18th edition or NVQ)

Previous experience within a FM or BMS role

Strong fault finding and PPM abilityBenefits package:
