£40,000 - £50,000 + Generous Car Allowance + Training + Career Development

Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer looking to join a rapidly growing business at an exciting stage of its journey?

We're working with an expanding technical services organisation that supports high-end medical and aesthetic technology across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join their close-knit engineering team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer with experience servicing aesthetic laser systems, medical devices, or other sophisticated electro-mechanical equipment who wants to work for a company where their contribution genuinely makes a difference.

The Role

Installation, commissioning and customer handover of advanced aesthetic and medical systems

Planned preventative maintenance and calibration work

Fault-finding and repair of electrical, electronic and mechanical issues

Providing technical support to customers both remotely and on-site

Working closely with a small, supportive engineering team

Majority of travel within the M25 region, with occasional travel further afield when required

The Ideal Candidate

Previous Field Service Engineer experience

Ideally from the aesthetic laser industry

Experience working on medical devices, laser systems, beauty technology, healthcare equipment or similar high-value technical equipment

Strong electrical and electro-mechanical fault-finding skills

Customer-focused and professional approach

Full UK driving licence
