Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trade Engineer to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis in Coventry. We are looking for a reliable, skilled and professional individual with experience in property maintenance, repairs and general multi-trade work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high professional standard.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out general property maintenance and multi-trade repair work.

Diagnosing faults and completing appropriate remedial works.

Undertaking repairs across various trades, depending on experience and job

requirements.

Completing plumbing, carpentry, brickwork, plastering, painting, decorating and general handyman repairs, where competent.

Ensuring all work is completed to a professional standard.

Maintaining a safe, clean and organised working environment.

Working independently and managing tasks efficiently.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Multi-Trade Engineer, Fabric Engineer or Property Maintenance Engineer.

Practical experience across multiple maintenance trades.

Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and professionally.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Own van and tools are essential.

Reliable, punctual and professional approach to work.

Pay and Benefits

£45,000–£50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Permanent, full-time position.

Monday to Friday working schedule.
