Senior Process & Production Engineer
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: Approximately £60,000, depending on experience
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Talentmark is recruiting a Senior Process & Production Engineer to join a chemical manufacturing company at its site in Stoke-on-Trent.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and develop the Engineering Department.
Lead and supervise a team of 3–4 engineers.
Drive the digitalisation of production and warehousing.
Analyse and improve existing production processes.
Support the introduction and scale-up of new products alongside R&D.
Implement new technologies and develop engineering solutions to plant challenges.Your Background
Degree in Engineering, ideally Chemical Engineering.
Strong chemical knowledge and understanding.
Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Previous team leadership experience.
Knowledge of ATEX procedures.
